From my experience, they're pretty flowy. I usually wear a medium but got a small in a kaftan and it was still super comfy and draped well. They're not meant to be super fitted, so I think going with your regular size or even down one is fine.

Most of the silk stuff I have from them says dry clean only, or hand wash cold very carefully. I always just dry clean my kaftans to be safe, they're too nice to risk messing up.
